Birdair tensile fabric roof structures – more often than not – serve double duty as a finished ceiling system, helping to define an interior space.
The introduction of Tensotherm™ with Lumira™ aerogel insulated fabric membrane now makes it possible to utilize fabric membrane efficiently in extreme hot and cold climates.
Birdair interiors can produce a vast, open ceiling that remains unobstructed by traditional post and beam construction methods. During the day, the architectural fabric membrane’s translucent properties create a ceiling that promotes natural daylight harvesting. At night, electrical lighting can be directed upward to reflect off of the ceiling surface to produce a soft and natural ambience.
Additionally, Birdair help to integrate HVAC, electric, lighting and other interior design elements into any tensile fabric membrane interior. |
