The design of the Wells Fargo Pavilion is reminiscent of the summer tent theatres commonly seen in the early 1900's. This turn-of-the-century style is preserved through the use of a Birdair fabric roof, which has a long span of 180-feet. The theatre seats an audience of 2,500 and is home to the Sacramento Theatre Department.
