Sawgrass Mills will be revamping one of its outdoor shopping area, The Oasis, just in time for the 2016 holiday shopping season.
The Sunrise mall announced in June 2016 that it will complete the major upgrades by year-end. Renovations include changing up 130,000 square feet of common spaces into a new streetscape design with more gathering spaces and seating options, a decorative water feature with choreographed sequences, multiple canopy structures for shade, convenience charging stations, a new valet drop-off area and an updated directory and way-finding system.
Birdair's scope includes design, fabrication, and installation of the two (2) custom walkway PTFE membrane canopies and six (6) Birdair series Quasar modular structures.
